Very rude on the phone couldn't even give me a guesstimate of cost of cushions for a Mission Oak recliner. He told me to take a picture of it and get dimensions. I told him ( he never offered his name), that I had the dimensions and could he just give me a ball park figure. He said he couldn't do that and hung up. Very very poor business skills. I guess he doesn't want my business.
